Sam’s Fresh and Fit Food Truck needs a strong management team. As the founder of this business and knowing I am going to run this business I have to be honest. I do lack in some areas of knowledge, such as financing and marketing. I am still in the process of learning and developing my skills. Being the CEO is big task and job position to fill, but if I can cover these knowledge gaps with a strong team it will help fill them in and aid in the business running smoothly. The team structure is not very formal, but allows for easy communication at all times, and shows who is in charge, the founder. I do not want to build or create any tension, and this structure will help Sam’s Fresh and Fit Food Truck run smoothly. Having too much structure would only be a burden on the people and would really do damage to the business. Sam’s Fresh and Fit Food Truck keeps lines of authority as well as communication open and as clear as possible, but to keep things relaxed and uncomplicated so that everyone can work together to reach the set goals of the business and see success. They need to make sure that they run smoothly and that there are no interruptions or hiccups along the way. I need to find someone that has experience and skills with running a schedule, even some with a military background would be good for example. This person needs to be able to run a schedule effectively and efficiently without any interruptions. When things do go wrong they do need to be able to handle the situations and move on with the schedule and event. This person needs to be able to deal with stress and know how to multi-task. Training that still might be needed could be doing role play for these kinds of scenarios so he or she is more prepared and is not as stressed and they need more skills and managerial training on how to schedule and manage
