Developing skills in order to become a successful person involves complicated steps, determination, and good interpretation. A career job continues to stay as an occupation a person remains in and continue to increase in the position level. There may be different certifications, degrees, or work experience needed for a specific career job. A career job should make a person feel excited for another work day. As an individual realizes the rest of their life, each person has different aspects to encounter. The exciting moments a career job offers encourages individuals to continue their education and research. Successfully achieving a master’s degree in biology will encourage my chances of sustaining a forensic science job or another related job opportunity. For example, “The BLS reports that due to industry expectations for training and education, individuals with a master’s degree in forensic science will have an easier time finding a position as a technician than individuals with only a bachelor’s degree” (How to Become). Graduate school will only help me achieve my goal in the end due to more information learned and skills acquired with more education. Anything that can help me, I will do. There are many qualities I must conquer in order to become an achievable forensic technician. Those qualities include communication skills, composure, critical-thinking, strengths in mathematics, detail orient, physical stamina, and problem-solving skills (Summary). I have conquered some of these qualities because of parents, teachers, professors, friends, research, and different bosses. Critical-thinking remains as my weakness out of the qualities needed.
