Forbidden Love

In Brittany, there once was a knight who owned a horse. The knight, Peter, came off to be a very brave and noble man, but had a very dark side to him, which no one knew about. He was possessive, jealous and very selfish.
One day, the knight and his horse entered the gates of the castle to meet his future wife, Anastasia. Because Peter was looked at as one of the greatest knights, Anastasia’s father agreed to have a fixed marriage between them. She wasn’t very happy about this but she knew that she didn’t have a say. As Peter walked toward Anastasia with his horse, he attempted to charm her right away, but she wasn’t interested in him as much as she was interested in his beautiful horse. She was wearing a red cape with a large hoodie over her head so he wasn’t able to look at her face. He became scared and wondered why she was on the property. As she walked up to her, she began to tell him, “Your love with her is forbidden and it will always be. You must not save her as this is her destiny. If you try to save her, I will punish you by making you into a horse forever. You will lead a lonely, loveless life. Leave now, be free and be happy”. Without giving him a chance to ask any questions, the old woman had disappeared as soon as she said her last word. He tried to stay calm and think what he should do, but all he could think about was Anastasia. He remained on the property, not to save her but to know what happened to her. One day when Peter took him out for a walk, Peter began to talk to him. Peter confessed to his horse that he had Anastasia in the basement because he couldn’t bare the fact that Anastasia could leave him for someone else. As soon as Christopher realized what was happening, he pushed Peter off of him and began to run back to town, to the castle. Because he left peter in the middle of nowhere, he knew he had enough time to go inside and save Anastasia. But he wondered if Anastasia would still love him if he would forever be a horse.
