Food allergies or food intolerance can be caused by an animal’s immune system wrongfully identifying a protein as an invader and releases an immune response. These responses can be in the form of a dry, itchy skin, ear infections, and gastrointestinal problems. Your pets may acquire food allergies or intolerance to food if they are fed the same thing every day. Most common food that is associated with food allergies includes beef, dairy, egg, pork, and lamb. Chicken is also likely to cause allergies to your pets because they are more popularly included in pet food recipes. Other common allergy-causing foods include wheat, corn, and barley as well as artificial colors and flavors. Living everyday with additional allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish has, out of necessity, sharpened my compulsiveness with ingredients and food preparation, but furthermore has spurred me to intervene on behalf of fellow members in this emerging epidemic. That term is called "food intolerance" and it applies to abnormal reactions to foods regardless of the cause.

However, more and more children are not just allergic to the common allergies but children are allergic to food. Food? Really? Yes, more children are allergic to food. However, the most food that child are allergic to are cow’s milk, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts, soy and wheat and gluten.

These are all important concepts to address and I have my own opinion of all of them. I never thought of being underweight the same way as I thought of being overweight. I would say that being underweight would be based on how skinny someone is based off their age and the regular weight for people that are of that age even though I never thought of someone being underweight before. I would say that the ramifications for someone being overweight would be someone of large/obese size based off of their age and not from muscle but from body fat. I think that we have already gone beyond the concept of eating to survive because in this era people still eat in general when they get hungry but it's more for the taste of our food or the size of it for yourself because we have cravings for the taste of things because of things like sugar and just the fact that it is junk food provides a crave.
