Flyboys (2006) The movie is Flyboys it was released in 2006. The specific aspect of the movie that it reflects is the invention of airplanes during the war. The invention of the airplane was revolutionary because now the soldiers were able to fight in the air. After the U.S betrayed France some of the American soldiers went to France and fought for France. The soldiers became pilots. They were known as Flyboys. They were trained by French soldiers. Men from America and France enlisted in the war because they wanted to learn how to fly airplanes. Quickly airplanes became a war machine . They were used from both parties. Many of the men enlisted for many reasons one was because he wanted to follow his legacy and another because his father enlisted him because he felt he did nothing to make him proud. Another man was because he had nothing left back home where he had a ranch. They did not speak French but that did not stop them because they learned even though many died they still triumphed. The movie was not boring and had a lot of excitement I like the way this movie was made because they involved every character. Rawlings was an American who had a ranch but the bank foreclosed it. So he enlisted in the war and went to Lafayette Escadrille a French air force. Where he learned how to fly planes as a soldiers. He quickly learned he was good at it. He found love but in the end he did not end up with the girl. Another reason why I liked the movie was because there was character development with Briggs Lawry. Lawry was racist because he did not want to sleep in the same room as African American. But then he learned to accept him and they became Friends. The Soloist (Foster, Krasnoff & Wright, 2008), is based on a true story of Nathaniel Anthony Ayers Jr. who develops psychosis and becomes homeless. In the film, Nathaniel is considered a cello genius who is discovered on the streets by Steve Lopez, a journalist from the Los Angeles Times. Steve was searching for a city story and he decided to write a newspaper article about Nathaniel. Nathaniel always had a passion for music. He was a child prodigy and attended Juilliard School of Music. However, he faced many complications at Juilliard, particularly hearing voices speaking to him. Unable to handle the voices, Nathaniel dropped out and ended up living on the streets of Los Angeles. Steve and Nathaniel develops an unexpected friendship, in which Steve tries to help Nathaniel to live a normal life; having a home, treat his mental disorder, and to fulfil his dream of being a cellist again.

...r, this movie is lack of depth of storyline. The audiences can even predict what will happen in the next scenes. Moreover, the ending of this movie is too cheesy and irrational according to me. If only they change the ending to become more interesting and rational, I will give a four or five stars out of five. In spite of a lame twist ending, this movie is a perfect example to show that managers should be able to motivate and challenge their employee. It is important to remember that a happy employee means a productive employee.
Importance of Leadership Leadership is something that stands out in people. In a group, people tend to look for the strongest person to follow. However, the strongest person may not be the best choice to follow. In Lord of the Flies by William Golding, Ralph and Jack each have leadership qualities. Jack is probably the stronger of the two; however, Ralph is a better leader.
“The Fly” is a short story detailing a science experiment gone wrong and the murder that occurred as a result. The short story was adapted into a film titled The Fly, which features the same basic plot and conflict, but features a different resolution and slightly different character motivations. “The Fly” is told in a first-person perspective and features two narrators. Francois Delambre, the brother of the murdered scientist Andre acts as the story’s protagonist and his sister-in-law and murderer, Helene acts as the story’s deuteragonist. After being unsuccessful in her attempt to find the white-headed fly for the now disfigured Andre, Helene visits him in his laboratory to discuss how they will proceed.
Although I enjoyed the main portion of the movie, there were some obvious likes and dislikes in my opinion. I believe that I learned from this movie and it helped me understand more of what the people of that time were feeling.
Although the movie missed an important scene, it managed to pull the audience back in through the action scenes and one charming main character. The treasure hunting really would have tied together all the characters and actions together without leaving the movie unsettled. The scary scenes with Injun Joe really brought the evil character to life all the way from his beginning to his dying end. Then to top off the whole movie, they brought in a curly haired Tom Sawyer. He was like a vision from the book with perfect attitude and slyness that keep you grinning. The movie is an engrossing film with points that leave you anxious and a saucy boy that you can’t help but love.
The book and the movie were both very good. The book took time to explain things like setting, people’s emotions, people’s traits, and important background information. There was no time for these explanations the movie. The book, however, had parts in the beginning where some readers could become flustered.
First of all, the movie’s tone was suspenseful, mysterious, dramatic, and exciting. Based on the movie, there were giant mosquitos busting through glass and trying to attack the characters. Not only that they were causing people to wreck their vehicles and having to be rushed to hospitals. Also, Allen, the later adult character, was sucked into the board game for 26 years, trying to survive in the jungle. Lastly, a hunter was chasing them throughout the to trying to hunt and kill Allen. At the very end of the movie, the hunter had a gun pointing at Allen, but thankfully he had finished the board game in time.

There is a great use of camera, timing, shots and story line that are portrayed in this movie without being too overwhelming. This allows the audience to relax during the movie and just take in the scenes as a story from reality. To this day, and even still doing this paper I still come to find different aspects of the movie that I missed the previous times I have watched it.
