My grandmother is a business lady and someday soon I will have a business of my own. Being in a leadership role meeting with others who are in similar roles and interacting with them in such a way that they respect you is crucial especially when one is a woman in a male dominated world. Not only is she successful she is smart witty and outspoken which may also help me gain some knowledge as to how the business world really functions. Perhaps one of the most helpful part would be to work with her on a variety of different projects in the different companies she is a part of.
