At the end, it can be stated that the HRM is really a great concept and it allows the organizations to grow and flourish accordingly. This means a lot just as to make things highly effectual and up to the mark. Along with this, employee’s performance can also be made enhanced by meeting their needs and requirements. All what is being demanded is just to possess effective control upon one or the other respective areas. This stands out to be highly favorable in terms with making organization growing and mounting.
Synergy is critical to team success. Management should reward team successes. High performance teams are high-energy, collaborative process groups. They are the playground and work center for capable people with strong, respectful voices who understand and appreciate the power of aligning diverse perspectives (Schutz, 1999, p 1). In conclusion, groups or teams that are high performing, and critical to the success of any organization, are rich in diversity, synergy, team work.
The instructions were perfectly clear and cohesive, and along with the presence of the guardians, Brian, Karson and Allison, allowed for us to focus on accomplishing the various tasks of the project in a timely and well-organized manner. I do believe if a major problem came about, I would have been an ideal candidate to correct the said problem with my comparative superior talent (if looking at the Keirsey results alone) for twisting the guidelines and the “accomplish it by any means” mentality. Altogether, having a group of three guardians and an artisan was a good mix for creating a strong team, and helped ease us through the storming stage and onto the third stage: norming. Norming is the part of Tuchman’s model where the members of a group grow into their roles, gain a sense of team spirit, and provide each other with constructive feedback. As for my group, it seemed as if we arrived at the norming stage with relative ease and quickness.
At work, I value competence more than credentials. I have the ability to see the big picture, to conceptualize and systematically plan. I believe the traits that best describe my personality are Openness, Conscientiousness, and Agreeableness. The reason as to why I chose openness is because I am a very adventurous person with a very vivid and active imagination. I enjoy getting to try new things and experience new places and activities. The next trait that I chose was conscientiousness. The reasoning behind choosing this trait is because I’m a very organized person.
They prefer to work with others in a leadership position and can be very active and outgoing. Practical and traditional thinking are preferred along with technical problem-solving. Along with working well with others, they can be friendly and well-natured. Having a well-organized and consistent routine is important with detailed and efficient work. The results of the two tests showed similarities in describing my personality.

A leader has the qualities to gather his team and portray a reliable organisational culture for all to work about. An effective leader has the skill to motivate his or her employees in order to obtain optimum outcomes.
