Fear is an emotion which can easily or sometimes too quickly convert our feelings into actions. It is a difficult and hard emotion which makes us feel vulnerable, out of control and helpless. Our fear and anger leads us to abuse and by that we being a human being can be offensive to someone by just protecting our insecurities. Our fear is a staircase to anger, anxiety and abuse. In many cases fear of embarrassment leads us to destroy our confidence. sometimes fear of a specific group of people makes us hate and sometimes abuse them in certain ways.

United States supreme court recently legalized Gay marriages which triggered emotions of conservatives and religious groups. The attacks on the lgbt community are not a new thing. In USA, gays and lesbians are being abused since 1978. A term called homophobia exists in our society which survives and exists on fear. Parents fear for their children growing in this society. They don’t want them to go to same schools and attend same public facilities. Many conservatives fear that lgbt community is destroying and will keep on damaging our moral values. Religions like Islam and Christianity forbid same sex marriages which makes some people to cause brutal or dangerous attacks on these people because they are defending their religion. Now defending religion is because they fear God and think that they have to kill or end this stigma to please God or else God will be unhappy so first is the fear of God. next is the fear of their own conscience. Now we have the lgbt community who live with this fear and are still living with those dangerous experiences. Fear in those people are making them hide their identity and be ashamed of it
