Human Resource Human resources are skills, talent and qualities that are passed down by people by sharing and teaching them. Human resources are intangible, they are anything that cannot be touched or seen. Knowledge originates in many forms; it is anything that you remembered, observed or learned. Skills are as simple as riding a bicycle or budgeting and talent is like singing or cooking incredible food like Curtis Stone. Personal qualities are very important for a person because it defines who you are; if you are outgoing or able to express your emotions, these are examples of your own personal qualities. Energy is very useful for finishing things like homework or working out. Time is very limited for everyone. Family and friends are very wise and help provide excellent human resources. Meal Appeal To make meals more appealing you need five things: color, flavour, texture, temperature and cooking methods. Carrots, broccoli, rice and chicken are foods that all have different colours; this has a big impact on the visual appeal. Having different types of flavours with different combinations: mild or spicy and adding different textures, which create interest in the meal. The temperature outside usually determines the food you eat hot or cold. In addition, having different combinations of cooking methods like sushi, okra and rice. What To Wear In Winter And Summer In winter, we should wear an absorbent inner layer like a t-shirt or an under garment which wicks moisture away from the body and helps create heat. Another layer on top of the sweater or a fleece top with many pockets for more insulation. On top of the sweater a breathable but a closely woolen top to protect from the wind and to keep moisture out. Also to cover areas of yo... ... middle of paper ... ...ce your performance. Many schools have a dress code where you have to wear a uniform. The final factor is personal values and beliefs are you wearing religious clothing like a hijab. Kitchen Safety When making a delicious meal don’t forget about the kitchen safety. First you should wash your hand with soap. A cutting board is very important for cutting things like peppers, tomatoes etc. Do not place the knife with anything else in the sink. Immediately clean up spill so people do not fall or get electrocuted. Always have your full attention on anything on top of stove cooking. Also when using smaller appliances like toasters, coffee maker keep them away from water and take the plug immediately after using it. Keep things that can cause falls away from the ground and things like cupboards and drawers closed. When dealing with hot pots always use oven mitts and racks.
