I wish I lived the fairytale of Habiba and Usman’s relationship. The love they showed each other and the way they cared for each other makes me go crazy. The way they met, how they fell in love and how their lives are now is what I wish mine was. This fairytale is one that should be retold forever.
Habiba was bored one fateful Saturday with nothing to do and nowhere to go. She decided to bake. However, she didn’t have all the ingredients for her cake. She took her shower and she decided to put on something simple. Habiba always looked nice when she put on simple clothes. Thank God she looked nice on that particular day. Her sister was out with a friend that day and left the car at home so Habiba called her and told her that she was going into town with the car. “I have to go. Don’t worry we are going to talk everyday on Skype! Okay, baby?” Habiba told him with a smile. You could tell he was feeling better. She hugged him really tight. When she released him, he kissed her as the sun was setting. What a perfect moment to kiss the love of your life! When they released each other to catch their breath, Usman was about to plant another kiss…
“Ayemilo, wake up! Now you are going to be late to school.” Habiba’s mother shouted as she entered her room, bringing Habiba back to reality.
Habiba was upset and mad at her mother. When her mother asked her what was wrong Habiba couldn’t explain it to her mother so she lied and said that nothing was wrong.
