Franklin D. Roosevelt, the 32 president of the United States of America. His life began on January 30th of the year 1882 in Hyde Park, New York. Family was not so big. He had both of his parents. His parents were Sara Delano and James Roosevelt.
Although he attended classes until 1907, he failed to stay on for his law degree after passing the state examinations allowing him to practice law. For the next three years he was a clerk in a prominent law firm in New York City, but the evidence is clear that he had little interest in law and little enthusiasm to be a lawyer. Well before he finished his work at Columbia, young Franklin Roosevelt had married his distant cousin Anna Eleanor Roosevelt. They had been in love for some time and were determined to marry in spite of the opposition of Franklin’s mother. The bride’s uncle, President Theodore Roosevelt, was present at the ceremony in New York City on March 17, 1905.

There should have been five but his sister, Robin died from leukemia when she was three in 1953. George Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush, was a U.S. Senator from Connecticut.

His father soon followed, but it wouldn't be long before he would disappear to France and end up dying in 1791. It was just as well because his parents never got along very well. In Lord Byron's early years he experienced poverty, the ill-temper of his mother, and the absence of his father. By 1798 he had inherited the title of 6th Baron Byron and the estate of Newstead Abbey. Once hearing this news, he and his mother quickly removed to England.
In 1905 at age 25 he married Ann Eleanor Roosevelt, his fifth cousin once removed. Together they had seven children. One child, Franklin Jr. died of infancy eight months after birth. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected New York State Senator from 1910 to 1912. He serves as assistant secretary to the navy under President Wilson in 1913.

Franklin was a very good president because he helped many americans through the great depression! On January 30, 1882, a man named Franklin D. Roosevelt was born in Hyde Park, New York. He was the son of James and Sara Delano Roosevelt, and his parents never had any more children after Roosevelt. He was taught by a private tutor in his early years. This was mostly because his family was a very wealthy family, and because he was related to the great president Theodore Roosevelt!
