Humans anatomy is beyond astonishing; it really would put things in perspective if one was to simply take a step back and reflect on oneself as a whole. Humans are essentially made out of atoms and elements. Our bodies have been studied for years and there are still subjects where scientists are unsure as to why it is the way it is, such as dreams and consciousness. While we are constantly advancing on the bodily side, there is still a lot to learn on the mental side. Carl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology. Based on the details that we have learned about extroverts we can safely assume that they will voluntarily involve themselves and generate great relationships immediately, therefore a strong leader can emerge and bring others together. It may seem that extroverts would be the perfect candidate for a management position but, this type of management style can lead to a pushover style of management. If they are constantly trying to impress or earn the respect of others extroverts can get burned out fairly quickly. They must learn restraint and the balance to say no because proper boundaries must maintain to gain the respect of others. Introverts have less of a difficult time maintaining motivation since they can acquire it from within as opposed to gaining it from others. Therefore making them a very team oriented person instead of making their voices heard they can reflect on information that is given and their thoughts will be weighed differently.
