The Necessity of Exercise Exercise not only changes the body. It changes an individual’s mind, attitude and mood. Exercise is necessary for a person’s health. Exercise is a physical activity that is done to become stronger and healthier. Doing exercise will help make daily tasks easier to do. There are countless effects exercise has on the body.
