Aircraft hijacking, suicide attacks and mass murder are several events that the community remembers from September 11, 2001. This was one of the most tragic attacks the United States faced with the destruction of the World trade Centers. Over three thousand lives were terminated due to 19 Islamic extremists and 4 air planes. The tragedy of 9/11 brought the whole country in unison which helped thousands of families cope. One of the saddest days in our recent history took place because 4 terrorists boarded a plane headed to California the fuel jet reserves where full for the extensive flight and these members smuggles box cutters and knives on the plane till they commandeered them. At 9:45 a Boeing 757 decimated the west side of the pentagon, military headquarters. Within 15 minutes the second plane made its way to the southern tower and stuck it. The extreme heat generated from the jet fuel melted the steel beams and sent the tower plummeting to the ground killing nearly three thousand people. Lives of thousands would be changed if out airports had the security they do now. 19 terrorists smuggles knives onto several air planes and with out failure. More people wouldn't have the fear they had if the terrorists would have been stopped. Simply by changing the precautions associated with airport security thousands of people's lives would be changed. The possibilities of these men and women going of and creating more efficient things would change our history permanently. The possibilities are endless for the accomplishments these men and women could have achieved. They could have cured cancer or could have created world piece or made efforts to cure world hunger. These untold theoretical stories would change America for ever. There is no telling what could be accomplished by America if this tragic even never
