The Jenny Craig program has been in the market for over 30 years. The Jenny Craig Weight Loss System is one weight loss program that is simple and easy to implement. Key proposals The jenny Craig program is calorie based. An individual develops a tailored menu with the assigned counselor based on the individual’s goals, weight and height. The core of the diet plan is to manage food intake such the diet or the prepackaged meals normally include the lunches, dinners, frozen breakfasts, and desserts. The diet nutrition contains 20 percent to 25 percent fat, 50 percent to 60 percent carbohydrates, and 20 percent to 25 percent proteins. Often, the individuals under this program supplement their meals with whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and reduced-fat dairy products.
