Whatever you have passion for, can be a main source of communication, Soccer has always been a source of communication for me as a young kid due to the fact that I grew up with a father who was in love with soccer. Soccer to most is defined as “a game played between two teams of 11 players in which a round ball is moved toward a goal usually by kicking” (Webster 2015); I believe that there is a deeper meaning to this because It is a source of intrapersonal communication for me. Soccer is a source of exploring and communication to the world.

A lot of money is invested in this sport in different countries and I find this very interesting because it makes me know that different people around the world share the same passion with me. I believe soccer is a source of communication because it talks to me in different ways and enables me to discover the world and discover some parts about me, which I never knew about. The international federation of association football also known as FIFA world cup which is hosted every 4 years in different countries enables me to know how more countries around the world and also helps me to be able to recognize the flags and national anthems of different countries around the world. Whenever I watch soccer I feel passion, anger, joy, love and I also feel in my comfort zone. This is related to what I stated earlier about intrapersonal communication, it enables me talk to myself about my feelings and it also lets me explore parts about myself, which I never knew
