What if a child had epilepsy but couldn’t use medical marijuana because the states wouldn’t allow it? He will be devastated, it wouldn’t be fair for him or the society. Medical Marijuana cures diseases and lets individuals control the prescribed medication and the amount they take. Should all states legalize medical marijuana? People should be allowed to use medical marijuana in the state without asking a government official for permission. Medical marijuana should be legalized because it will help fight terrible diseases. Some people suffer badly without this drug so it should be legalized. People wouldn’t have to go to other states which would also mean that the Black Market would be eliminated fairly.

First, it must be legalized because some people need medical marijuana for something like cancer or Hiv/Aids so it should be legalized. People have the right to speak out and fight for their rights. Furthermore, medical marijuana should be legalized for many good uses like medicine, getting rid of the black market, and not going to other states to get it. Although it should be legalized for medical use in other states just like Washington did there’s a big risk in hypocrisy since it’s backdoor legislation so legalization wouldn’t be all happy, pretty, and rainbows. However, even if it is legalized for medical use it’s not legalized for recreational use so it would be unfair and people would still abuse it. Start by using medical marijuana when prescribed carefully. Then, if it’s not prescribed still vote to legalize it because it provides good research for diseases.
