Case can be categories as an event, process, problem, a person, or several people. Case study, itself is one of the qualitative research methodology that was introduced in 1900 years. Important about this study is it evolve a comprehensive or depth understanding of a case within a real-life (Yin, 2009). This type of approach may across many scientific discipline, especially social science, anthropology and sociology. Some scholar agreed that one of the advantages of case study is that it simplifies complex concepts. Identify of a specific group, either individual, a small group, an organization or may involve other level such as a community and a relationship will claim as a beginning step to proceed for case study research. Stake (1995) mentioned that researcher need to know the purpose of conducting the case study in order to identify between three types. One is called as intrinsic case (a unique case that needs to be describe in detail) and another is called an instrumental case. An instrumental case need more understanding since specific issue, problem, or concern involved. Both intrinsic and instrumental case studies, if the researcher can identify is a key to understanding analysis in order to perform a good study research. Third type is collective/multiple case study. The researcher focuses on an issue/concern, and then selects several bounded cases to illustrate that issue or concern. Next, the researcher analyze the tragic event resulted the death of six babies in Giulesti maternity. This study considers as instrumental case study since reported a single case. The researcher focuses on a crisis situation happened in Hospital from Bucharest and then select a bounded case to illustrate that crisis. In this case study, they are not clearly identified the case in term of bounded system. No time of data collection is given. Moreover, their study is based on the information/documents published on the Internet showing that no multiple sources of information in data collection is used.
