The diversity of impact that globalization is having on the healthcare sector is rapidly growing resulting in a variety of initiatives seeking more details understanding of these impact and designing effect policy responses to them (Lee, Buse & Fustukian, 2002). As a result of globalization, we now live in a very diverse society that entails patient population from different ethnic, race and religious groups.
