Concealed Gun Carry is an very sensitive topic to discuss. Though many lives have been lost due to no solution being made to the decision on concealed gun carry. In the Unites States violence is increasing along with other terrible crimes including assault. Some people view allowing concealed gun carry will become more problematic in the U.S. Others believe allowing concealed gun carry can help improve lower violent crime rates. I believe gun concealed gun carry laws should be allow because crime rates will be decreased , citizens will be allowed an effective way to self defense , and have protection in their homes.
The Second Amendment states, “ A well-regulated militia , being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed”. The main goal of the amendment was to create the idea that every individual had the right to own and bear arms in America. The founders of America gave people these rights , but its up to the decision of the individual to decide whether to carry a firearm or not . Firearms have always been apart of the American history for many reasons. Some of the reasons include self - defense , occupational , or personal uses. Over the years the right to concealed has always been a concern within the government.
Carrying a concealed is truly a human right to every citizen living in the United States . Even if a person chooses not to exercise that right , overall carrying a concealed weapon can not be taken lightly. The significance of this right is it contains much responsibility. This can be dangerous because anybody can get shot , injured , or kill unexpectedly.Allowing concealed gun carry can also increase suicide because guns are one weapon people use to kill. People in the process may feel it can be easier just to used a gun to kill themselves.This can be problematic because suicide rates can increase due to allowing gun concealed.
In the past criminals have been able to have carry around guns to instill fear people while their in own house . People shouldn’t have to live in fear in America while being in an house. America is supposed to be an democracy within the people. Democracy within meaning equal rights , opportunities , and achievements. Having citizens allowed with guns can create more protection within people’s homes.
