Physical/sports careers. What are they? These kinds of careers help your personal health, and the health of others. It helps spread the knowledge of physical activity and the impact that has on you. Not only is being healthy and fit a way to feel good about you and your self image, but it also follows beauty standards. And I know that is an off reason to be healthy and fit, but quite frankly our society runs on beauty standards, and self image. Image and athleticism are very important to a happy life. Why would I want to be a personal trainer? If I was forced to have a career in health,being a personal trainer would be tolerable. I would enjoy helping people mold themselves into the peak of their own personal health goals. I would be content helping people feel good about themselves. A personal trainer motivates clients by setting exercise and dieting goals and providing feedback on furthering their progress in fitness. Most trainers workout in gyms or a fitness center, they interact with clients in a offices or training them in a gym. They make about 50,000 dollars a year, and an upwards to 130,000 dollars. To be a personal trainer, employers usually do not require a college degree. Many employers prefer to hire people with an associates degree, or even a bachelor's degree in a health related field. You must be at least 18 years old, you do have to have completed high school. It takes about two years to become a personal trainer. If you wish to become a personal trainer, you should stick to a program, register for an exam, and pass an exam.
