One of the most significant issues that the planet is confronting nowadays is environmental pollution which is intensifying with every passing year. Environmental contamination comprises of 5 fundamental sorts of contamination to be specific air, water, soil, sound and light-weight. In India, the amount of pollution is increasing every year and it results from population growth, poverty and urbanization. Sandeep, Shankar, and Krishnaswamy (2010) inspect the impacts of mining close to the Bhadra River and how sediments and chemical blend to bring about water contamination in Southern India. Regarding the increasing amounts of water pollution in India, Sandeep et al.’s (2010) examines that the sediment load in the Bhadra river has increased …show more content…

The presence of Aerosol in the atmosphere is a major reason for increased lighting flashes which reacts with the sunlight to weaken the ozone layer. Different climate arrangement and their various processes are affected by these pollutants. Aerosol changes the composition of cloud systems and modifies their properties which prompts to pollution. The study is conducted in Kolkata, India and the data is recorded during the pre monsoon season. Numerous types of data are used to conduct this study such as pollution data, lightning data and satellites to distinguish cloud and ground lightning activities in the troposphere. When clouds form near the ground, the surface pollutants have an advantage of being injected into the cloud due to the strong wind flow. Due to an immense access of surface pollutants, more clouds get affected and the result is dangerous. Pollution has an incredible association with rainstorm and lighting activities, but harmful substances in the troposphere could lead to high frequency weather like thunderstorms and lightning. Surface ozone, which is a toxic pollutant, is observed to be at greater concentration levels amid enormous lightning days. Thus, this complementary relationship of lightning and contamination should have a huge effect over …show more content…

The study was conducted in the city of Coimbatore, India and it showed how plants were getting affected by the presence of this factory. Multiple samples of plants were selected from a radius of 6km and were analyzed by measuring their relative water content, total chlorophyll and etc. The results showed that all of the plants near the factory were highly polluted due to the cement dust but some old trees were less sensitive to this contamination. About the 37% of the plants near the factory were tolerant to the dust and poor air and water quality. So, the less sensitive plants should be established near the cement factories and they should be cultivated in large numbers to avoid the problems of air
