INTRODUCTION
In Agenda/21 all three these areas; Awareness, education & training are virtually linked to issues discussed, even more so in meeting the basic needs of data and information, science and the role of major groups. This document consists of a broad proposal on specific ideas interconnected with divided issues.

UNEP (United Nations Environmental Program) & UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization /’’Building peace in the minds of men and women’’) held The Declaration and Recommendations of the Tbilisi Intergovernmental Conference on Environmental Education/1/organized in 1977, have presented the basic principles for this document.

Areas described & present are:
(a) Enhancing Public Awareness;
(b) Integration of sustainable development into education
(c) Training.
