The advice I would give to anyone who thinks is going to be terminated is to give more effort into their job, to get to work on time, to help others more with their job, learn new things in other areas at work, to also give a more positive attitude to work and people. 2. What would you say to your supervisor if you knew your were being terminated? If I knew I was being terminated, I would start looking for a new job, and I would keep giving my 100% to the job, until I'm officially done. I would explain why I was terminated with brief details, not divulging too much information but giving important facts about what exactly happened or why it happened.
