The Lego Movie is the story of a complete and utter dystopia but everybody does not know it. When Lord Business pretends to give them taco Tuesday as a form of gift or propaganda, he actually intends to glue them all in one place using the kragle (krazy glue with letters wiped off the tube). When he tries to do this, he is stopped by a simple minded construction worker, who at an earlier date has accidentally found the piece of resistance and learnt how to be a master builder. Through this confrontation will Lord Business rule over the world or will Emmet be able to save his home from being destroyed. The opening frame is a front on view of him watching TV with everything he owns and loves. A pot plant, a croissant and a cup of overpriced coffee giving the feeling that he is very lonely in this world and no one does or ever will like him. it uses speech to show that he is happy though which may leave readers confused as it is showing that he is following the instructions to the letter and he does not even know that he is able to thing for himself and that he is alone and that Lord Business is controlling them making it a dystopia. …show more content…

With large explosions and firing missiles it is kind of hard to do otherwise. This carries on through scenes 6, 7, and 9 as they are the main battle scenes. Through these scenes it is very dark; illuminating that there is a peril at hand. These scenes usually have Bad Cop in them as he is Lord Business' main law enforcer, and only after losing his good side at the hands of Business has he been given the task to track down Emmet who has had the piece of resistance grafted to his
