Management of resources is important for the early year’s school because they have to deal with different functions and duties. It is noticed that issues arises within the setting that can be minimised effectively with the help of effective managerial roles and responsibilities. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the management roles and responsibilities within the context of early year’s children schools.
