“Finding meaning is fire- and photo” was a photograph by a freelance photographer named Ron Olshwanger. This photo depicts a fireman rescuing a little girl from a burning building and it became an award-winning photograph in 1989. This picture became widely popular for capturing a jarring moment of a fireman trying to bring the little girl back to life. As depicted in the photograph, seeing the little girl with no clothing and covered in blood, and burned skinned made the photograph that much sorrowful and moving. Her pale lifeless body is centered on the picture directly focused on the fireman and herself. The content of the picture is a little girl being held by a fireman as she is being rescued by a fireman. This traumatic picture depicts a little girl suffer from being burned and her face is bloody and dusty from the damage that was caused. Olshwanger picture composed of smoke to on the right to tell the story through the picture and also to establish the reason for why the dying little girl was being held by a fireman. In the background, there is a ladder going up the building because civilians were in the upper level of the brick building. The fireman’s lips are puckered which shows that he was resuscitating the little girl on his arm and she wasn't laid flat on the ground, and it demonstrates the desperateness of the fireman to breathe some life into her without wasting any time. This photograph moved many people and significance of it is the dying little girl and created a sense of emotion for many. And that the fireman tries desperately to give the little girl a second chance at life and it leads to not follow the proper procedure to resuscitate
