Each individual can influence Government at Municipality level, District level , State level and even center level to leverage this innovation to the maximum which not only is a eco friendly solution but also cost optimization program. “Satyameva Jayate” a famous TV program anchored by Amir Khan , did a fabulous job in showcasing Dr R Vasudevan’s contribution towards this noble work for the society using Technology. Brilliancy (Intellectuality involved) Individual Contribution Getting this technology patented was a big hurdle. After four years and numerous visits to the Chennai office, the technology was finally registered in 2006. Though plastic waste has been a nagging problem for civic authorities, with thousands of tonnes of garbage generated every day, it took years of discussion for Dr. Vasudevan to be acknowledged by organizations like the Central Pollution Control Board, National Rural Roads Development Agency, Central Road Research Institute, Indian Centre for Plastic Environment and the National Highways Authority of India.
