Equality with Education is a nonprofit organization where individuals with disabilities can have the opportunity to gain education in order to increase their goals. The organization values:
• People first: all people who have disabilities are characterized by their strengths and abilities, not by their disabilities.
• Equity: having the quality of being equal.
• Accountability: having real meaning within the lives of individuals who have disabilities.
• Diversity: pertaining to an individual who have similarities and differences among other individuals.

The Board of Directors will meet at least four times a week, the first and third week, as well as attending every meeting every second week of the month. The fourth week will discuss any issues or review the progressions of the program from previous months along with being able to incorporate any other goals and objectives for the future. The board will have an odd number of seven in order to avoid ties when it comes to agreeing on goals, objectives, and ideas. She ran for Public Schools Parent Resource Center for many years while providing education and serves on the Advocacy, Outreach, and Training Committee.
• Sachin Pavithran: o In the Program Director of the Utah Assistive Technology Program and Disability Policy Analyst for the Center for Persons with Disabilities. He keeps up with research and the development of various assistive technologies and is involved nationally in working with legislators in Federal Government to bring a change in Federal Policies for the benefits of individual with disabilities. He also trained and presented in different countries such as Egypt, Syria, Philippines, and Turkey.
• Andrew Right: o A disabilities rights lawyer and policy professional with more than 25 years in government and advocacy roles, he works to advance disability policy at national level in civil rights, workforce development, and disability benefits. He cultivates grassroots activism and seeks out and mentoring emerging leader with disabilities.
