Almost million and half deaths and over 50 million of injuries happened due to road crashes that cost vast sum of money estimated by us $518 billion yearly( Who, 2009). These crashes have occurred because of several factors, distracted driving is one of them. Identifying the causes that lead to crashes is considered by researchers, trying to eliminate or tackle the contributed factors. Previous researches defined driver distraction as " the diminished attention of the driver to the driving task" (1). In the past10 years, to many efforts have been made to consider driving inattention or distraction; US and the EU did most of those efforts

To demonstrate, mobile phones have been frequently contributed to raise the number of crashes(11). Texting ins consider dangerous while driving , and even more dangerous than calling via phone(4). Furthermore, in vehicle devices are distractions, for instance changing CDs or a tape, navigating on GPs or even using laptops specially for police' cars( Steven minto, 2000). Eating or drinking can distract drivers, and some crashes occurred as a result(7,10). Our study categorize the inattention as distraction as some studies do(14). Researchers are using car accidents records based on police reports as this would save some money and efforts , but the information might not be accurate. Because drivers tend to not admit their engagement in distraction to the police( Fit, Young, 2012). Moreover, detailed data related to distractions might not be gathered, or might not be gathered with enough to judge reasonably( Fit, 2012). some studies came up with smart ways to detect whether the driver was using his phone right before the crash happen, by accessing phones data ( Mcevoy,
