Informal settlers can cause a dispute with the government regarding with their place. The crime level will also increase it is because people who are desperate to earn money or wanted an easy way to earn money without hard work they choose the path of evil which can be destructive to people’s life and can affect the development of an area. Rural to urban migration will increase the man power in urban areas but people who would win in this situation are people who own businesses and industries because labor would be cheap. The lack of job opportunities drives people in rural area to migrate to urban area and it can cause a problem similar to “brain drain” on rural areas. Rural to urban migration also have a positive effect like sending money from work in urban area to their family in rural area, it would increase their household income and can improve their quality of life.
On reason for their success is that they have a strong distribution and name recognition. Many people did not think that the product would sell, even though they have great presence. There are two main events that might have helped Nabisco. One event is that snack foods are cheaper, so instead of eating more expensive, healthy foods, people switched to a substitute. Another event is that the people who were buying the cookies are the wealthier individuals, which price would not effect them.
The conditions in these work environments are terrible, employees are treated unfairly, and they normally work for extensive hours. Another main cause in human trafficking is poverty. These programs inform citizens about the dangers of modern-day slavery and help to create new non-government organizations.
Although the supplement can contribute many benefits that can help people attempting to lose weight, it does very little in actually encouraging your body to burn fat. As a moderate strength appetite suppressant, it does not rank as the best appetite suppressant available on the market. However, the fact that it is comprised of natural ingredients is something that can give it greater appeal for people concerned with their health, and the range of benefits provided by the natural ingredients can lead to a healthier way of life. The downside of the product is the fact that there are no clinical trials backing up its claims, while the company behind the product also possess very little credibility.
Its findings concluded that, “Convenience, cost, and taste were influential factors when making decisions as to whether to buy bottled water; health beliefs were unimportant motivating factors” (Ward et al.). In this study most people did not see that there was any health benefit or difference from drinking bottled water in comparison to tap. This makes me think then, why are so many people choosing convenience over this planet’s environment and the health of all who are on it? After all a Brita, which is still made of plastic, but is a much more environmentally friendly option, isn’t being used more frequently to replace bottled water. Even now water filters that connect right to ones tap that filter ones water.
1.) As a whole, the entry of the Europeans into the Asian sea trading network had relatively little effect on the entire system. The entry of the Europeans into the network led to the establishment of new trade routes in the Indian Ocean to the southern Atlantic near the Cape of Good Hope. In water, the Europeans were superior militarily, but on land against fortified Asian settlements, the Asians far surpassed the Europeans technologically. The only superior items that the Europeans had were small, fast sea vessels such as caravels, clocks, and weaponry.

A people cannot live long at each other’s expenses or at the expense of their cultural birthright. The relationships in the universe are thus not competitive but interdependent. Berry does prove his thesis by showing that modernization has a hand in the destruction in the farming culture.
One of the leading problems in the world today is human trafficking. Annually, about 600,000-800,000 people are trafficked across international borders, mostly consisting of women and children. Although this is an issue worldwide, it is especially an important issue in South Africa. I have chosen this topic because many people are not aware of this issue. Trafficking also violates human rights—especially the rights of women and children.
However, in the past few years, the Indian government has offered education without charge to people of the lower castes, opening doors to opportunities for the minimum wage coconut pickers of Kerala. Instead of laboring in coconut farms, schooling would provide the laborers who climb the sky-high with a better life. This may seem like a positive subject, the sudden departures of coconut pickers does not bode well with the harvests, with each harvest bringing even less of the fruits every time. Although education can help some communities thrive, in some cases it can be determined to culture and economy. Kerala relies on its powerful coconut industry, and with education causing its decline, its economy also sinks with it.
Instead, the rest of the world count on products that certain parts of the coconut create, such as its shell for rope, or the milk for lotion. These everyday necessities would gradually be stripped from our everyday lives, if education in Kerala persists. Slowly, as the amount of coconut pickers in Kerala dwindle, our global economy will face a new danger; the inflation of all coconut-based goods, and saying farewell, to the fruity fun coconuts provide. Not only so, but Kerala’s society and culture would slowly deteriorate as well. It is undeniable that while education is beneficial to many, it can also lead to the downfall of a society’s culture and economy.
