Developing the Big Picture

The process of developing an education is based on decisive factors that should be met in order for sufficient teaching and learning to be obtained and of value. These criteria are established from federal, state and local authorities of education to ensure that the appropriate academics of education are achieved. In doing so there are roles that colleges and universities must play in preparing future educators to be successful. Once a future educator has become successful in the preparation of becoming an educator their credentials will determine the process of certification based on their states’ requirements. Once the required certification has been obtained the now proletarian educator will begin their career in the atmosphere of learning what teaching truly consists of. Not only through the academic perspective of educating, but the overall view of public education from the demographic and socioeconomic standpoints of students to the total budget of public school funding, which in turn will have an impact on the statistics of students that are being educated yearly. Developing beneficial knowledge, expectations and requirements will encourage success as an educator not only in the classroom but overall.

In preparing for a career that will beneficial to the student, colleges and universities are the primary goal setter to achieve such greatness. They set curricula based on the program of study to apply education that will be useful in the real world. In the field of becoming an educator, colleges and universities play significant roles in providing the necessary structure of content to ensure quality teaching.
