Good day from Switzerland! This charming country is tucked among mountains in central Europe where is a great choice for traveling. It is a joyful and peaceful country with many beautiful scenes to see and visit. Its people spend much time enjoying adventures in the snowy Swiss Alps. Visitors may even hear some yodeling! Its air is clean and fresh, making the people happy and the place to be more and more attractive.
Completely landlocked, Switzerland is bordered by France to its west, Germany to its north, Austria and Liechtenstein to its east, and finally Italy to the south. Switzerland’s beautiful mountains offer plenty of activities for the outdoor lover. Almost half of the country’s people ski regularly. Many also like to hike, mountain climb, camp, and bobsled. Walking, bicycling, boating, and playing soccer are favorite outdoor activities as well.
A traditional wrestling style called Schwinger is still popular with some Swiss. Hornussen is a traditional game in which a batter uses a club to hit a disk. If I had to choose my favorite season it would be a very difficult choice. All four seasons are unique in their own special way, such as the climate, scenery, and activities. Although I enjoy the warmer months of summer, I also enjoy the cooler months of winter. In a sense, I have narrowed my favorite seasons down to two; summer and winter.
These elements must make the sport enjoyable to all involved at many levels, to provide basic leisure, to test one's abilities and to develop the individual's mental and physical boundaries.
