Mystic Grill: Where Country Meets Classy Mystic Grill is in the small country town of Covington GA at 1116 Clark St. SW. It was a rainy and dreary Tuesday afternoon when I pulled into the square of Covington to eat at this local hot spot. Upon my arrival, I was able to find a parking place on the square adjacent to Mystic Grill. As I walked up to the restaurant I noticed that it had a leafy green paint job and a wonderful location for business. Upon entering this cute and cozy restaurant I noticed the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Little did I know upon entering this establishment I was about to feel like I was at a place of fine dining. Though I was expecting a quaint country restaurant I was met with the delicate atmosphere of a fine dining establishment with a homely feel. As I was greeted by a nice hostess dressed impeccably in black trousers and a blouse, I noticed there was abundant seating in assorted styles. There was a full-service bar, booths, high-top tables, and smaller longer tables for larger parties. However, the pricing of the food seemed modest with prices ranging from 5 to 20 dollars per entree for lunch. I also noticed that there were quite a few options and my server Beth made some wonderful suggestions. I chose to go with a meal called the half and half which was 9 dollars. In the meal, you get a choice of a soup and sandwich, soup and salad, or a salad and a sandwich. I chose the salad and sandwich. My salad was the Mystic Salad which consisted of mixed greens, goat cheese, candied pecans, red onions, and a pecan vinaigrette. The sandwich I chose was the turkey club. This included roasted turkey, smoked ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and honey
