Recommended: Gender Roles In Society

Gender is defined as the experience that makes men and women. While gender roles are what we think what gender should do. In our daily life we have grown to believe that men wear the pants in the relationship, they work and pay the bills, they do all the heavy lifting and our leaders. In the other hand women are considered to be stay at home moms who clean, cook, take care of the kids, and makes there husband comfortable. I been a man for the last 25 years I was raised watching power rangers, wanting to drive fast and watching violent movies. I have always wondered how my life would be different if I was different what would my opposite gender personality be like and what a day would be if I was women. Put it up in curls but then at the last minutes put it straight. I would drive my safe and reliable car preferably a red 4 door car. I would make a complete stop. I would go to school I would have to get my backpack, purse, sunglasses, and my phone in order before I could start walking towards class. Then before going to class I have to make sure to use the restroom, check my Facebook, Instagram, twitter, and call my best friend to see how her date last night went. I would do all this with in the five minutes it takes me to get to my class from my car. Throughout the school day I would spend more time on my phone and trying to write my notes as cute as possible. Putting hearts on everything. After school I would go to work at forever 21 where I work and I waste all my paycheck at. I would flirt with all the guys that walk through because I’m boy crazy and I act like I don’t like the attention but deep down inside I do. I get home after work with my perfect straight hair and my make up looking as fresh as when I put it on. I would go straight to my room to charge my phone because I need to check my Facebook, Instagram and twitter. I have to be update with everything. Than I would call my boyfriend and speak to on phone like 2 hours about my day and how everyone hates
