Describe A Lady's Game

I found myself in a town where a lot of children camps did not occur, but that did not prevent me from attending Lansing united ladies game on the 14th of June 2018 at 7 pm at East Lansing soccer complex which is located right behind the quarry lodge house. I am currently Lansing MI and playing in the premier development league (PDL) for Lansing United, and I saw it be wise to show up in our lady’s game and provide an assessment about the management areas as a spectator. I chose this event base on numerous reasons. during lady’s game, the population of the spectators increases compared to the men’s game and moreover I could choose and talk about anything under areas of analysis of this event. Successful organizers for sporting events, usually manage risk rather than avoiding it and this legal compliance step is a key to a safer and enjoyable, it eradicates bad habits like; spectator yelling and insulting officiators and the player, fighting and abusive languages between spectators etc. the team board including took a bigger step like incorporating key steps that could be followed if risk should be limited. First, they make sure to identify any risk in soccer game, they performed top to down review to identify any item that could be a potential threat to the game. This step is important because it helps in the accountability of organizational revenue and which areas needs the most attention. Secondly, they evaluated and analyzed the risk, with this each potential risk is identified and

Parents covered most part of the population to watch their kid play, some didn’t come alone but invited other relatives and friends. Prior to the starting of the game, parent get the chance to interact with their daughters before even warm up which looks fun to me. Between the middle of the game or half time, kids from around take over to entertain the spectators and perform activities like dancing, singing, playing mini goal soccer, playing of music etc. All these activities were planned by the event organizers and it happens at every home game, and the most interesting part is when parent get the chance to dine with the daughters after the game. The president of the lady’s team (Jeromy) lives in a bigger mansion that people go there after crucial home wins to have fun. Before the game, ambulances are available to take care of safety after all this should be a fun game and the management make sure everyone have fun including the players.
