Introduction
In this research, I am going to examine about the demographic transition method and how it is beneficial for a country to develop. I have chosen this topic as I have always wondered about the economy of India. It had always been that the economy of India is not good so I thought “Why don’t I actually find a solution?” and the demographic transition method is the best way to follow and make India a better place.
What is demographic change?
What is Demographic change? Is Demographic change actually good? According to my opinion, demographic change is a change regarding to the death rate and the birth rate of a specific country. But is it actually beneficial for the country if they follow this in order to get a better economy? Yes, It is helpful! The explanation of the project is in the rest of the project.
GLOBAL: How does the Demographic transition method help to improve the country?
Demographic change is used to determine about the population of the world. In one of the country’s population, the death rate and the birth rate is taken into consideration. Demography is the study of the population. There are different stages that are used to represent the country. These stages are used to classify the country .
1. ‘Stage 1: has high birth rate as the children are needed for labour, women are illiterate or even male children are chosen over female children. There is high death rate due to the lack of medical facilities, many diseases or even malnutrition. Examples of countries under stage 1 are Rainforest tribes.
2. Stage 2: the death rate has decreased as there is improvement in medical facilities, late marriages, and improvement in education. The birth rate remains the same from before. Examples of countries u...

Briefly describe the factors that lead to population growth and potential stabilization. How does human demographics influence population dynamics in more and less developed nations and what might this mean for future population and economic growth? What do you see as the pros and cons of a large human population (brief)? Are there too many or too few people? Why do you think this?
The effects of population control programs on demographic change were not instant, and it takes long serious effort to encourage the improvement of economic development in a country. According to Paul J. Gertler (1994, p. 33), “Population control is a key element in a country’s ability to maintain and improve its economic and social welfare”. Furthermore, this paper intends to explain why the change of population structure has an effect on the society’s economic condition in Indonesia with examining the demographic variables.

In 2050, Argentina will be in stage four of the demographic transition model. This proposes that the population growth will be approach zero, and Argentina will sustain an unvarying population. Most of Europe, Japan, and the United States are perpetually in stage four. Argentina will then be considered a developed country with most people in the working age group, with a tumbling birth rate. This can be seen in the 2050 graph when the sides of the “pyramid” begin to straighten out or become inverted all together. Eventually in the future, as the birth rate maintains a steady decline and fewer children are being born, pronatalist policies will have to be put in motion. As the population becomes older, there will not be enough working age adults to care for the elderly. This can be seen in the population pyramid of 2050 and even farther into the future when there are more elderly than working age adults. Some policies that can be put into play would be paying for schooling for children or even tax exemptions for each child a couple has. A possible draw back of this policy would be the influx of children that would in turn take women out of the work force leaving a deficit in the working age adults.

The Demographic Transition Model (DTM) shows how the population of a country changes over time. This is explained through changes in both birth and death rates. These changes can be easily seen and mapped between five different stages of population growth, which can be seen in both More Developed Countries (MDC, and Less Developed Countries (LDC) in several ways.

Population growth is the change in population over a period of time. It happens due to a number of factors such as standard of living, cultural factors, and government policies. When the standard of living become better such as the improvement of social conditions ( shelter, sanitation, clean water , health care and etc) death rate and birth rate reduce as more people become inclined to have fewer children. As standard of living increases, there will be more immigrants thus an increase in population. Government policies which encourage people to have lesser or more children also has a significant effect on birth rate too.
