Success is something everyone is capable of; you just have to do your best when your best is required. Succeeding in anything you do is addictive, once you have that feeling; you want it again and again. Once that success turns into failure, your success becomes even greater when it is accomplished. Success provides us with confidence in ourselves and makes us feel proud and happy of our achievements. People who are successful are very visible, they are notice by everyone and so are their achievements. In my life I see my success as very high, I’m the type of person that never backs down from a challenge. If I fail at what I’m doing I get right back in it and try even hard to achieve whatever I’m doing. I’m basically a perfectionist and want everything to be right and never want to give up on anything I start. In my high school career I have always been a pretty well put together student, and work very hard at whatever I do. My homework is always on, on time. I hate being late and I think that is what has led to a lot of my success is that I do things on time and so them the right way. I’m a very hard worker which has also helped me in my athletics in high school. Through the first two years of my high school basketball career my team wasn’t very successful, but we never gave up on each other. Day in and day out we all worked our hardest until that next year all the hard work ended up paying off in the end. We had made it to state, surprising everyone and ourselves. This just goes to show that success doesn’t happen overnight it takes time and energy, all you do is have to keep at it and in time it will some. If someone happened to be better than me in a position I would work my butt off to be the best I can be. I have the positive mind set of no one is going to beat me and I will work my hardest to not let that happen. They are good role models because they know what it takes to be successful in life and will do anything to achieve that feeling. We also tend to admire people with success that we don’t really know, which makes them look better in our eye because we have never seen or heard of them failing at anything before. Everyone in their life time has failed at a goal they set or not achieved what they wanted, the only thing that matters is if you can bounce back from the failure and come out on top. It’s easy for anyone to watch on TV actors, musicians, and models and admire their success because we only see what they want us to. It’s usually good to look up to someone with a lot of success, but then you need to build off of your own success not anyone else’s.
