What is the crime and why does it happened? Definition wise it means when a person breaking a law or rule they will be a subject of crime. It also is the violation of moral codes such as littering in the beach. which is then lead by some social disapproval (not all crimes are approved by the people.)
Crime could be defined in 4 possible ways social constructions, religious doctrine and authority, the reflection of laws, and general social/political theory. The first social constructions define crime as a social interaction that could be a product of criminal policy. For example blackmailing, someone on the internet is a violation of a law.

The last possible way to define crime is general social/political theory which is not viewed systematically that will allow to see people's acts as a crime, for example, a country justice system has many flaws in it that make it hard to see if it is a crime or not.
After defining the concept of crime why is occurs is based on criminal behavior. 3 major theories of criminal behavior are mental, social, and biological models. Each explains criminal behaviors from heredity to their environment.

A scenario of peer pressure is your friends at school were hanging out with each other till one pulls out some drugs and passes it around everyone, but you started using it. But your friends told you to do it also or else they will not be your friends anymore pressured by your friends you started using the drugs. Which then turned you to a drug addict. finally, the last major theory to criminal behavior is their biology. Scientist has proved that heredity, neuron transmitter dysfunction, and brain abnormalities are part of the reason why they become criminals. reason why heredity is one of them is because they did studies of families who have a criminal record finds out their children could become criminals like them because of their DNA being so similar to their parents.
Some criminals commit crime due to neurotransmitter dysfunction a disease where they have compulsive behavior, depression, and sexual and adrenal dysfunction. It makes it hard for them to control themselves due to this disease.
