Culture is invisible like the wind; only its effect can be felt or seen. The case study is based on the cultural change and how it affects the organisation and its leadership, Change management (Walker & Soule, 2017). It also states the leader’s activity during the cultural change in the organisation. In the case of Dr Reddy’s this article tries to evaluate the leadership styles in a different culture and which influence the leaders to motivate its employees. This article tries to evaluate the types of cultural movement is a collaborative act of all the shareholders and stakeholders and how it has affected leadership strategy and how Dr Reddy's is operating their team (Walker & Soule, 2017). Throughout the article it has been also identified that uses of leadership strategy and styles during cultural change are used very less. Readers also can identify the challenges are introduced but proper solution matrix is too less. This article also shows the growth of Dr Reddy's through the several layers of cultural movement. Hence, it can be said that reason behind Dr Reddy's growth of development is a movement minded strategy.
