The major issue of the healthcare system in the United States is the escalating cost of care. Healthcare Administrators should be involved in the process of reducing the cost. Many factors contribute to make the healthcare inaccessible for some people in the United States among those, there are the lack of insurance, the distance between rural and urban areas, the non-compliance with laws that guarantee the care for any patient visiting the emergency room regardless his financial and social status.

Remember that, repealing the Obama care would be a disaster; putting people at risk. Every employee must have his or her primary care physician who by promoting the preventative care will consequently reduce the cost of care for the organization.
The Institute of Medicine (IOM) has defined quality of care as a multidimensional concept. People should get the care they need; People should need the care they receive; Care should be provided safely; Care should be provided in a timely manner; Care should be patient centered; Care should be delivered equitably; Care should be delivered efficiently (Rand Health. 2005).
The general economic inflation and the rigidity of laws are among the contributing factors that arise the medical cost. In illustration, physicians are practicing the defensive medicine resulting an overuse of some acts or procedures to protect themselves again a possible malpractice.
