I would describe myself as conscientious, hard-working, & athletic. Both on and off the court, I make sure that I am putting forth my best effort so that I can succeed in the present and in the future. For conscientious, I can relate to my previous experiences in high school. All of my teachers on my report card commented that I was a conscientious student. In all of my classes, I would take very thorough/detailed notes in all of my classes. On every test and assignment given to me, I ensured that I put forth my best effort and if I didn’t know the answer to a test question, I took my best guess. If I was falling behind in a class, I would see my teacher for extra help and also set aside time to review my notes and do practice questions/tests to ensure my understanding of the material. …show more content…

For the trait of hard-working, I can relate this in particular to basketball. In every practice/basketball training session, I treat it as if it was my last time playing basketball. I work myself out so hard that I cannot feel my legs the next day. Especially during my offseason, I trained intensely for 3-5 hours a day, perfecting my craft and passion. In the end, it will pay off to ensure that I create success for my teammates as well as for myself. I then translated my great work ethic in basketball to school and in every day of life. I try never taking life for granted it and never dawg anything I do. I alway put forth my maximal effort whether it’s in basketball, academics, or being a better person. As far as being athletic, psychically I am fit. I have muscle mass and wear athletic clothing a majority of the time. This identifies me as being an athlete through my physical traits I show to society. A trait that does not portray my personality is arrogant. I do not feel as if I am the best person in the world.
