Self-concept According to social-emotional context (p.10), in the interviews with my friend and my co-worker, I found my friend was more comfortable with me but my coworker was more formal and felt awkward. The only reason for this happening could be social-emotional context. My coworker described me more impersonal qualities such as, hard worker, leader and intelligent, but my friend described me more personalized qualities such as, affectionate, father and friendly. In here, we can see the qualities are in both of the lists,like mathematician in my friend’s list and intelligent in my coworker’s list, while both means are like to gather but suggest that my coworker described me more formally. The whole concept of self-awareness is conscious knowledge of one 's own character (p.42). For example, in qualities of the interview of myself, I expressed 10 qualities easily. Self-awareness is the basis of other skills, including self-esteem. As in both the lists of my friend and my coworker could be seen the many positive description, they accepted me as who have many competencies, this reflects their respect to me which that make self-esteem growing at me. self-esteem is how we value ourselves; it is how we perceive our value to the world, and how valuable we think we are to others. By the time.That day, He was upset about the amount of insurance of his car. He should have paid it . I think, this problem was cause of psychological noise. In here, upsetting is a biological influences (p.9) because in first, it didn 't allow to percept my message to my friend completely. Also, in the interview of my friend, I found there was syntactical noise, because I could not explain the topic of my interview for him in first time. Cause of the noise was my English language because it was not good, and I could not explain as well as a native English speaker. In here, weakness in English language didn 't allow to percept my message to my coworker completely. Also, I noticed there was another noise that it was physical noise, because the interview’s place was workplace, and there were devices that were working. The voices were driving outside of me and my friend that made the message hard to hear (p.9). Therefore, the voice of devices didn 't’t allow to receive massages
