Not every political party can be trusted. The main two focuses now a days are the biggest liars of them all. Which is democrats and republicans. They all wear there fancy suits, make there money, and complain about who did what and why they did it. But in reality they all want things and don’t want things. Politicians are very similar but yet very different. The Democrats and the republicans have some similarities the biggest one they have is they both lie. Not many tell the truth they will lie ,lie , and lie some more until they have won what they want. They bash each other about things some of them never did. They will lie about what happened overseas, lie about health, lie about how much money they make, they will lie about things that …show more content…
They are all a like. They will sit there and bash at each other about who did what. They are to busy trying to make the others look bad they forget the main focus on what they should be talking about. They also bash each other on if something doesn’t go that party's way they blame it on the other party. Such as laws, treaty's, and even the amount of power they have. They're like kids blaming others for not getting what they want. They have the similarities of the bad habits but none of the good. Another big similarity they have is how they rally up their supporters. The one they rally them up is the way they tell there lies and bash one another. And also rally them up through their differences. They try so hard to rally up their supporters. They will do anything in there power to get them. Now differences is another thing. The way they have there views on who should pay more or less in taxes is different. The democrats believe people should pay more taxes and that business should have less control. The republicans believe people should pay less taxes and the business should have more control. And that’s a big difference. The people that run such a large nation shouldn’t have big difference like
The first two parties were created in the later 1700’s, and these parties were made for two different purposes. The Federalist & Democratic-Republicans had some similar and opposing aspects, but mostly opposing.
The similarity is duties and responsibility. Both two parties have the same election of officials to lead the government through majority vote. Moreover, both party platforms generally are not considered serious policy documents. According to IVN, both party platforms mention Israel, confirm Jerusalem as
Although initially forming around the nucleus of two distinct and different ideologies, long years of bloody conflict have served to significantly erode the distinctions between the parties. The Conservatives and the Liberals are more like warring factions or clans than any parties with firmly established and radically different ideologies. Both tend to be repressive, both are corrupt, and bot...
In the United States we are divided by the left and right side on the political spectrum; even further divided into political parties such as Republicans, on the right, and Democrats, on the left side. These two political parties show philosophical differences through their viewpoints on major topics such as the economy, separation of church and state, abortion, and gun control.
Ralph Nader campaigned for the 2001 Presidency by arguing that there are no real differences between the two major parties. In a broad sense, that statement might seem true. Major political parties play a majoritarian role in an otherwise pluralistic democracy in the United States. They are both majoritarian institutions trying to win control of the government. The differences between the parties lie in each party’s beliefs about the purpose and scope of government.
In the United States there are only two main political parties to choose from. The two main parties are the Democrats and the Republicans. There are also many other political parties to choose from which are called third parties. Third parties may include political parties such as the Socialist Equality Party and the Peace and Equality party. People can choose to be a part of any party they want but most go with the common two main parties the Democrats and Republicans. Democrats and Republicans have many similarities and differences. These mainly occur in international, social, economic, and domestic issues.
In their own separate ways, they both want to make America a wonderful place to live. They both fight for what they believe in and want to help their country. They both try to convince everyone that they are the ones who are right and the best. They try to make everyone be on their side just to prove they are right. They both will do whatever it takes to get in the White House. They do not care if they have to lie or cheat; they will win over the country. Sometimes they both cause more problems then there should be. Just because they fight and think they are right does not mean they do not want what is best for America. Democrats and Republicans both want what is best for the people living their country. Citizens might not see how they are trying to help, but it was what the parties were created for. Everyone could not get along, so they created two different parties to try to find a way for everyone to have a place to belong. Both parties have their good and their bad, but they have not found a way to get
The ideals and the composition of liberals and conservatives are radically different at times, and yet these same beliefs work together to make up the basic framework of American political thought. They both have the same goals for prosperity and yet they have polar opposite ways of achieving them. Ideologically, they are at odds with the size of government and the role that it plays. Some want big government that provides for people, while others elect for a small government that does not interfere with the lives of people. As is expected liberals tend to vote for certain issues that conservatives will disagree with and vice versa. Of course the issues are not random, each side will vote for and against particular kinds of issues. Demographically it is possible to predict, to a certain degree, what school of thought someone belongs to by their social status, ethnicity, or even their level of schooling; however, it is more difficult to do so accurately using these factors. Each faction, with its own varying viewpoints, constitutes a large portion of modern political thought in America.
Much of society is categorized into groups, subcultures and/or subspecies; Politics is much the same. While many different political parties have arose throughout history and had their major moments, two common parties stand out today in the United States political system. America’s government is comprised of ideals and paradigms that date back to the Roman Empire and Ancient Greece. The leading political parties, the Democrats and Republicans, are two separate yet similar entities that run the country’s government from the inside and out. The actions each politician takes effects the very world we live in. These parties share many similarities, many differences, and because of this a polarization of parties has dominated the day to day activities of Capitol Hill and the White House.
There are two major political parties in the United States. The Democratic as well as the Republican party. They
Because they are extremely different views its very night and day. Republicans want less rules, and regulations over corporations; Democrats want more rules, and regulations over corporations, and economy. Taxes are wanted to be raised by the Democrats for the wealthy so it helps pay of the nat. Debt; Republicans think lowering taxes will give people more money and maintain the economy. Many of these issues on how the government should be handled really divides Republicans from Democrats. Social Services from the Democrats side are to be funded and social programs should remain but should be cut down. Republicans want these programs to be cut from the budget
Today’s Democrats and Republicans could not be any more different from one another. Both sides have both taken up different points of view then they had in the past and have become increasingly intolerant toward opposition. They will only watch, read, or listen to anything from people with similar points of views and values and when things go wrong, they are more likely to point the blame toward the people with different opinions.
Energy and environmental issues are also another topic that both parties disagree on. Democrats support drilling for fossil fuels which is better for the environment. Republicans believe in expanded drilling which creates more energy at a cheaper cost. Democrats are advocates for using tax money to research solutions for alternative energy and Republicans just want to let the industry itself figure out the most practical solutions
The parties each have their pros and cons – but it is necessary to compare certain aspects of them to see which is more effective for our purposes and ideals. The comparison of these two types of parties focuses on their representativeness – how they represent the people of the country, their
Political parties are the link between general society and the representative machinery of our government. In order for an effective democracy to be in place, these political parties must be continually operative in the functions that they carry out. They are vehicles in which groups of people as well as individuals work together to secure political power, and to exercise that...
