Company Code of Ethics

The Company code of ethics will cover all employees within our organization. The Code of ethics is essential for corporations today to remain in business and abide by their federal and state government regulations. Ethical training programs will exist ever corporation and are given to each employee usually the first day of employment and renewed on the annual basics. An ethical conflict occurs when people will encounter situations that they cannot easily control or resolved. In such situations, people tend to base their decisions on their own morality of right or wrong and act accordingly in their daily lives. Morally viewpoint and principles or rules the individuals use to decide what is right and wrong often allude to give good reason for one’s decision or explains behaviors. Employees will learn these principles and rules through company employee training, communication programs.

Guiding Principles:

Our guiding principle of integrity will be commitment to our highest ethical standards. Our Code of Ethics will be reinforcing the commitments to this principle. Determined to make improvements we have in attitudes and continual improvements as we constantly seek to make the best better. Reliability of what we are delivering and what we promise to take priding in meeting targets, and in keeping our promises. Give confidence to our shareholders through relevant and timely communications. Definition for our organizations ethics includes those issues. Originations rules, standards, codes or principles as moral guidelines that will be followed, and will prevent unethical behaviors.

Employees morally right behavior of individual’s actions that conform to truthfulness, of laws, and other standard; individual’s actions and agreement with facts, or truth. Corporation’s just continuously deal with the central issue of what consequences will result from their actions. That employee must not engage in any practices that would tend to be dishonest the originations integrity in any way.

Employee truthfulness accounts for their actions in our organization. Difficult part in learning ethics in generalized and business ethics in particular is to define, what is right or wrong, because what may be morally right to one person may be wrong to another.
