Introduction
Internal communications and external communications are two different forms of communications that play a role in the workplace and everyday life. Internal communications focuses on communicating with the employees, whereas external communications refers to communicating with the public audience. Although these two forms of communications have their differences, they can contribute to one another in real life and the business world.

Specifically, external communications refers to the interchange of communication, information, and data among a group or business and additional groups, businesses, and people beyond its conventional configuration. The objectives of this form of communications are to enable collaboration among groups made up of dealers, contractors, investors, and stockholders, as well as displaying a flattering and positive appearance of a business or organization as well as its facilities and products to the public and current and possible consumers. Numerous forms of communication can be put to use in real life situations with external communications, such as the worldwide web, confrontational get-togethers, and through forms of media whether in print, broadcast, or newscast form. First and foremost, everything must start out with a plan. If there is not a plan set in stone, then things could backfire. Even if the organization does not have a plan yet, they can start by brainstorming ideas for a strategic communication plan. According to Holland (2012), if an organization has two distinct and individual plans written out, then they should figure out a way to connect them and add in significant details in regards to how both plans interrelate with each other. In relation to real life situations, one may publish an employee communications plan that notifies workers about new changes in the workplace and how they will affect the workers and business. In addition, it must also specifically describe the changes and when they are going to be taking place for the employees, as well as sharing when it will be revealed publically and what method they will use to release the
