In the year 2030 The United States of America plans to colonize South America which will economically stabilize the people and the countries within the boundaries. The plan is to build up infrastructure and trade value which will gain trust between outside countries to trade with South America. More trade, more money;More money equals better GDP per capita which is a great thing.

In the the early 1400s-1800s colonization was an advancement to the Europeans . They believed that the African people needed their help in terms of money, weapons, and other necessities, but that was not the case. The Africans needed proper guidance and not a slave owner. Living through poverty or suffering in debt is not a good feeling. South America is one of those countries suffering , and the change needs to be made through colonization of South America in year 2030, by exposing top-notch education on money management and getting the most out of trades. Lumumba states,” We have known the black-breaking work exacted from us in exchange for salaries which permitted us to eat enough to satisfy our hunger” ( Lumumba, pa.1,1961).Blacks were treated like dirt . Basically the Europeans did not help, they made the situation even more worse than what it was. By colonizing South America the United States can enhance the economic struggles and bring more stability because the United States is systematically inclined to produce greater GPD. Like the Europeans ,by them bringing technology to Africa they have built a new age of travel like steamboats railroads etc.(F.D. Lugard,1929). Bringing expertise and experience in the trading world and adequate education young children can grow up to run the country or get a good job to increase the numbers of capital per person which can build trust in other countries to trade
