Colonel Russell Williams born march 7th 1963 was a decorated military pilot in the Canadian Armed Forces, he commanded CFB Trenton Canada’s most important military airbase, he had flown Canadian Forces VIP aircraft for Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, the Governor General, the Prime Minister of Canada and other international dignitaries. Colonel Russell grew up and had a fairly normal life, he graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree, married Mary Elizabeth Harriman, got a job in the military and later became one of the most respected men in the military until he was charged with two counts of first degree murder.

Secondary Psychopath- lack self-control, openly selfish, they are risk takers but with risk comes consequences and that can be their fear. They are vulnerable to stress and guilt just like the average person. They are still psychopaths but on a lesser scale.
