The Coll Electrical is a sole trader type of organisation a most common form of business ownership where it focused in electrical engineering contracting offers a high quality service rather than offering a cheaper option and from maintaining this the organisation successfully get long term relationships to their clients. A company that has a strong feature in a highly level skilled and workforce motivated to give the best service to clients.

Lastly the availability and rising costs of goods and services, in the industry of electricity it is very usual thing that in the market you cannot control whether materials will going to increase each prices of materials so goods and services will increase too because there will be an adjustment and because of the demands of a product the market cannot cater or supply everything because of lack of expertise in producing product to give all the needs. Like other companies more of them are experiencing this because of lack of experience and trainings. For experiencing lot of issues for the productivity of the company, Coll Electrical management use PLOC to implement the four management functions (planning, organising, leading and controlling) to develop six business programme ensuring the sustainability and productivity. The manager delegated more responsibility so that staff’s undertake a job without having the micro-managed a trust and relationship between management and staff’s. Horizontal differences competitive advantage have lesser rules and putting more power in the hands of employees that increases employee’s satisfaction. The effect is giving a stronger sense of identification with the company, feeling they are part of the team. Coll Electrical adopted the theoretical models of task and people focus. In task focus the company use bureaucratic organizations and administrative principles by giving authority and responsibility to staff’s and it focus on the whole organisation rather than individual workers by the use of planning, organising and controlling giving the staff’s the power of sharing ideas and thoughts. On the other hand the company also adopted the people focus in the human relations and resources focusing on the behaviour as well as the interaction in group processes, needs and attitudes in the workplace. It’s how the company treat their employees and giving the satisfaction of basic needs as the key from increasing the productivity of a worker.
