Health and Environmental Concern in Coffee House on Wheel The health and environmental concern is one of the critical issues in almost all food on wheels, and one that has been a fundamental consideration since their inspection. There are several questions regarding this issue such as can you trust the coffee is safe when it is served from a food on wheel instead of a café or restaurant? The concerns about health and environmental include dirty floors, dirty walls, and dusty ceilings, attached equipments that were not in good condition or repair, storing food where it was exposed to splash, dust or other contamination and pests on the vehicle. We as the owners of Coffee House on Wheel, we realize the requirement to address sanitation and food safety. Sanitation Sanitation stands for food on wheel‘s proper cleaning of preparing utensils and disposal of wastewater, rubbish and remnants of grease traps.
